My ring door bell was working properly but i have noticed since 5 days ago is not detecting motions, if i click on live view i can see that but no any motions… What can i do ??
Hi @user55864. Have you toggled off Motion Detection for this device? You can toggle this on in the Ring app after you’ve selected the device. Also, be sure that your device isn’t in a Mode that prohibits motion detection. If you are unsure, feel free to share some screenshots of your settings and the device menu so we can offer more assistance.
