Need help. My ring doorbell pro always go offline when someone at the door rings it, and it’s a pain to get it back online. It sucks to have to reset every time someone rings my doorbell. What can I do? I’m so tired of it. Thanks

This may be due to power related factors, as pressing the button on the Video Doorbell Pro will prompt it to sound your internal chime kit and operate the event in play. This is normal operation, in which low power might have the impact you described. Here is a great [Help Center article for troubleshooting low power with your Video Doorbell Pro](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000115323-Troubleshooting-Insufficient-Power-Issues-with-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro). While it is likely not the case, it is always recommended to check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. If you are using a 5 Ghz WiFi connection for your Video Doorbell Pro, try connecting to your 2.4 Ghz network instead. :)
