My ring doorbell sometimes looses it connection in the ring app
As a test, move a WiFi access point to the other side of the wall from your doorbell, or as close as possible, and see if you still have connection issues.

Hi @user13517. Is your Ring Video Doorbell failing to connect to a Live View or is the Ring Video Doorbell disconnecting from your home wifi? Both of those situations have different troubleshooting steps to look at. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
