![image|690x383](upload://uG1gZYdAnHOusGpZRS751laBWK2.jpeg) Hi , Recently every few recordings throughout the day , I look back at the recordings and every time there is a object moving on camera there are pixels left behind the moving object. Does anyone know what may be the cause of this? I have a wireless ring video doorbell 3 battery powered . Thanks

Hi @user21598. Like @SolarEclipse suggested, this could be due to an unstable wifi connection. You can check the strength of the wifi connection that your Doorbell is receiving by looking at the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) on the Device Health screen. If the RSSI is high, try the troubleshooting tips in our Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205348254-Poor-Video-Quality-Troubleshooting). I hope this helps. :)
