Since Jan 24th, my doorbell has stopped detecting motion and doesn’t react when pressed. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling it and the app but nothing works. The app says it’s online and has a ‘clean bill of health’ so would appreciate any advice. It’s barely six months old.
Hi @AJB, have you tried resetting your Doorbell? Sometimes this can help refresh the Doorbell and make sure it has the most up to date firmware. For this, just press and hold the setup button for 30 seconds. After that, give it a couple minutes to boot back up and try dinging the Doorbell. Let me know if you get any events in your event history of this after the reset!
