You can locate the name of your Doorbell model on the original packaging or on the Device Health screen in the Ring app. Additionally, what is your Doorbell's [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4)? The RSSI measures how strong the wifi connection to your Doorbell is, as an unstable or weak connection can cause connectivity concerns.
