Ring doorbell generation 2 stopped working

i fully charged that ,i also reset that by pressing and holding orange button on the back ,just blue light is spinning and nothing will happen .

Hi @user72371. Ensure the battery has been fully charged, as it can take up to 8 hours to fully charge it. To reset the Doorbell, you need to hold down the setup button for 20 seconds. If possible, bring the Doorbell close to the router and attempt to walk through a fresh set up using the steps under Set Up a Device.
