Ring doorbell (gen) 2 won’t connect to WIFI

Hello dear community.

Since two days I’m an Ring doorbell owner. I’ve tried to setup the doorbell for over 20 times now.

I am using an iPhone 12 Pro, which is fully up to date, even as the Ring app.

The Ring app shows my wifi connection with 4 out of 4 lights (full green, strong connection). I also am only 1.5 meters away from the wifi router.

Even though all of this, the app keeps saying that the network is too far away. I’ve tried resetting the wifi router, factory resetting my doorbell, changing from 5.0GHz to 2.4GHz network. Nothing helps.

Anyone here who can help me out?

I just installed my wired ring, next day said no wifi, I tried disconnecting router, did not work, i have an erro extender as well. I then disconnected router and modem and now connecting, good luck.
