Whenever my camera detects motion, it only records for around 3 seconds, Is it possible to change it to longer? I have unanswered rings set to 60 seconds and can’t find any other settings for recording length.
Hey @Ralphman. I recommend resetting your Doorbell and then setting it up again, as your device should be able to record more than 3 seconds. To reset the Doorbell, you will press and hold the setup (orange) button for 20 seconds and then follow the steps in this Help Center Article here to connect the Doorbell to wifi again through the Device Health section. Once you have reconnected it, try to test an event and make sure it records longer than 3 seconds!
