Ring Doorbell flat out not working

Hi guys,

I just got my ring doorbell. Got it set up not even two weeks ago. It was working fine for about 8 or 9 days and then it kept saying poor connection and wouldn’t do anything for a day. I connected it to my wifi extender which is right on the other side of the wall and it said that it had a great connection, even still it says that. But for the last day and a half it won’t record anything and I can’t view anything live. The battery is charged and the ring says “online” on the app. I don’t understand what the problem could be if the battery is charged and the wifi connection is good.
