Ring doorbell false notifications
my ring doorbell is constantly alerting me to someone being at my door. There is no one there, device health etc all fine. I've depressed the bell button to ensure its not stuck. Motion detection set to people. Help please ?

the Front door had the answered ring notifications(the door ring had a real ring too), but the video showed that there was no one here. The weird situations happened two times morning today. did someone have the same situation?

My doorbell is connected to my Alexa devices and recently (the last week or two), my Alexa devices have started to announce "Someone is at your front door." Motion alerts are disabled. My ring device is not capturing video and there is no motion near my house. When someone actually presses my doorbell, the Alexa devices will show a live view of the camera. I have tried disabling the Alexa skill and re-enabling it. I have tried actually pushing the doorbell to see if it is stuck. I have danced around to cause "motion." Its driving me crazy and making my dog bark for no reason.

I have the SAME problem. Brand new ring(2) - ... battery powered - not direct. and about once a day I get a ring doorbell chime. Nobody there. nothing there. No motion detect alert or anything ... but the chime rings as if someone pressed the button. Brand new install - June 12th.

I have exactly this problem. Sensitivity settings for the door bell are set to lowest possible. It still triggers, all. the. time. Any solutions out there? ring?
