I bought Ring Doorbell 2 and Echo Show 5. But when I configured the Doorbell 2 in Alexa APP the option "Doorbell Press " didn’t appear . How to fix it ?
Try removing the Alexa skill and then add it back.

Make sure that your Ring account is the same as your Amazon account. Email and password. I searched the internet and that seems to be what causes this issue.
They are same (email and password) in Alexa APP and Ring App. I uninstalled both app and reinstalled but I can’t fixed this problem.
I would try customer support. They can see in your account and devices.
