The door bell works fine dooring the day. But after a certain time it picks up nothing even if you stand there and wave at it; it doesn’t record or alert

The next time this happens, during the evening hours when the Doorbell is not functioning, can you ensure you do not have it in a certain Mode like Disarm Mode that could be affecting the motion detection? If this doesn’t seem to be the case, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
