Ring doorbell does not capture motion at night

My Ring Doorbell does not capture motion after 10pm at night until early in the morning. I’ve looked through this forum and it looks like a fault experienced by others.
Is Ring going to do anything about this

Hi @user75418. Are you using Modes for Cameras? Have you tried walking in front of your camera after 10 PM to test motion? What is the RSSI for this device? This information will give us insight on how to assist you.
