Ring Doorbell Constantly Rebooting


I recently had a ring doorbell pro installed and it appeared to be working for about 2 weeks.

The doorbell now reboots itself constantly and has many troubles connecting to our WiFi.

I’ve tried hard rebooting and factory resetting it many times with not much success. When I did finally get it to connect to the WiFi, the doorbell kept dropping out due to the constant rebooting of itself.

It would be great to know any further steps and if not I would like to get it replaced under warranty please.

Hi @KoolMoeDee. A hard reset and fresh set up is definitely what I would have recommended to resolve this concern. Since this is still happening after you completed a reset, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a closer look and see if a possible warranty replacement is needed.
