My doorbell says that it is connected to WiFi but no Internet connection. Please help
Hey @Robbo966! If you’ve successfully completed a setup, it certainly should be connected to your Wifi. Please ensure the Doorbell is nearby the router and fully charged so it is able to operate sufficiently.
