My chime Pro has stopped working, I have charged both my batteries and tried re setting it up but when I press the button top right I do not get the spinning blue light. This happens a lot but this time I cannot get it back working.
Hi there, @Polly11! Try holding the setup button on the Chime Pro for 20 seconds. This will reset the Chime Pro.
Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this help center article.
