When I first bought this I charged it and it lasted for about 4 weeks, now I’m having to recharge it every week, even dropping the monitoring settings haven’t help. Tried ring support but got cut off twice
I’ve had a similar problem and spent hours searching for an answer. I ended up phoning Ring on a U.K. number 01727. They were great and are changing my unit.
