Ring Doorbell can't see any WiFi networks

In the last week my WiFi went down but is now fixed. During this time my ring Doorbell disconnected from the WiFi and hasn't reconnected.
I have tried to go through the change of network using the app to reconnect to the WiFi network but when I do the doorbell/app can't see any WiFi networks so I can't connect to anything. I have tried this process multiple times. Can anyone help?

Check your router settings and make sure your security settings aren't set to WPA3 security. Ring devices won't work with WPA3. Set the security to WPA2

Hi @JusticeUK. I would suggest trying the following steps to address your concern:
Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
If possible, bring your Doorbell into the same room as your router when trying to reconnect it.
I hope this helps. If the issue persists after these troubleshooting steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. You can also get in touch with our support team on Facebook @Ring.
