Have tried hard reset and leaving to fully charge

Hi @jakesibley. To change the network for your Ring Video Doorbell, follow the steps outlined in this Help Center article here. These steps will walk you through putting your Doorbell in Setup Mode and connecting to your new network. I hope this helps!
