Ring Doorbell and Gate Control Recomendation for Santa Barbara Area

Hello,We have a Ring Doorbell we would like to integrate with our main gate as well. The cellular gate controller for sale by Ring says it's not available in our area for professional instal.1) Does this mean the cellular service does not work here?2) Is there another gate controller integration we can purchase to make work with our doorbell?Thanks, Sam
