Can i retrieve the 5 digit code that is used to setup the doorbell from within the ring app. I have the doorbell setup on my phone and i want to add to my wifes phone, but i need the code.
Hi @user30040. This Help Center article here will show you how to add your wife as a Shared User. If you are looking for the 5 digit pin, it should be located on the device by the QR code or with the paper insert that came in the device box. I hope this helps.

RING needs to do a better job of instructing customers to record the PIN numbers. No one keeps the box or the installation guide. I cannot find the PIN on my doorbell which I need to change networks. Why cannot I find the PIN under device settings? Shameful
