Ring doorbell 4 keeps disconnecting

Ring doorbell 4 battery operated.
The doorbell keeps going offline. I have to reconnect it and try for at least 30 mins to do it and nope it doesn’t do it. Then I’ll try a couple off hours later and it still won’t connect. But then out of the blue it will connect.
It will be connected for about 5-7 days and then do the whole thing over again disconnect.
I have 2 battery and always have one at 100% to put in when the door disconnects so it’s definitely not the battery.
It’s driving me mad !!! Anybody been in this situation??
