Ring doorbell 4 help

Hello

I have had a ring doorbell for 1 week now and it’s not working very well. Took an hour to set up as wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. Disconnect 2 days later so had to spend another hour doing set up again for it to do the same 2 days later and now can’t connect.
My internet is working fine as all other devises are good and I work for my internet provider so no problems with that.

Hi @Herridge. What is the RSSI for this device? A low RSSI could cause you to have intermittent connection. If you continue to have issue with an acceptable RSSI for you device, try reaching out to our support team for the next best steps.
