Just got my doorbell 2 days ago. when someone comes to the door, they can hear me talking, but I cannot hear them. I have enabled the microphone permissions on my phone as other posts have suggested…any ideas on how to fix this?

Same here…It was working when it was installed but has since stopped. Just installed Aug 2020
