Ring doorbell 3

Since last night no live view

Bell not working and just a blue circle flashing.

app shows all operational

any ideas ?


I’ve rebooted the Wi-fi router just in case but that’s all ok

If the Doorbell isn’t working properly despite appearing as online in the Ring App, I’d recommend walking through a reset and a fresh setup in the Ring App. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s done, you’ll want to run through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Once the new setup has finished, test out the Doorbell and let me know how it’s working for you. :slight_smile:
