My ring doorbell 3 won´t setup. It cant connect to wifi. I have restartet my router, hard reset on the doorbell, and tried to set up on two different devices. (iPhone and iPad). It finds my network, but refuses to connect. Even if i lay the doorbell on top of router it wont connect. I have tried for 3 days now! Please help me
Hi @CribliQa. First, ensure that your Ring app is up to date. Next, you’ll need to change some settings on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Cellular > Wifi Assist (towards the bottom) and turn that OFF as well as turning off bluetooth (just for setup). Next, reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Now, try to set it up again. Let me know if this works!
