Ring doorbell 3 stopped working

Worked fine and all of a sudden recently (under 12 months old) it’s stopped working we saw the WiFi issue error in the app so replaced the battery and nothing changed so we attempted to reconnect the WiFi but it won’t show the white flashing light, even though the battery is fully charged when you plug it in the doorbell it shows no sign of life, no flickering blue around the doorbell ring and no flashing white whilst pressing the red button to reset it?

Hi @Echyyy. Try fully resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Do not only press and release it, the setup button must be held down for 20 seconds in order for your Doorbell to reset. Ensure the battery is fully charged before attempting this.

Once the reset is done, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device.
