Ring doorbell 3 plus mic not picking audio

Hi My ring doorbell 3 has everything working fine except that audio from the bell will not be played on the phone, the issue consists on both android and IOS, it was working fine yesterday. Many thanks Haris

Try checking those out to see if they offer any improvement!
