My ring doorbell 3 plus has stopped working when a fully charged battery is plugged in it flashes blue for less than a second and never boots up and ive tried all trouble shooting methods but it doesnt even turn on long for me to reset on do anything. its a shame as its probably gonna end up in landfill and there isnt any information about this online and rings customer support is rather useless
Hi @user40922. If you have a second Quick Release Battery, I’d recommend fully charging the second battery and trying it with your Doorbell 3 Plus. This just rules out the issue being related to the battery, rather than the Doorbell itself. When resetting your Doorbell, you’ll need to hold down the setup button for 20 seconds.
