My ring doorbell 3 keeps going offline .Has had new battery which made no different, router is only 2 m away from device , plus has chime pro as signal booster - no differenceAny idea welcome

If your Doorbell 3 keeps falling offline, try the following steps:- [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-).- Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.- Disable any active VPNs.We also have this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023559372-Fixing-Your-Devices-Falling-Offline-Repeatedly-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) with other steps you can try for your concern.
