My ring doorbell 3 keeps going offline .
Has had new battery which made no different, router is only 2 m away from device , plus has chime pro as signal booster - no difference

Hi @user33669. If your Doorbell 3 keeps falling offline, try the following steps:
Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
Disable any active VPNs.
