So my ring doorbell 3 goes offline randomly. What do i do about it? I have tried the solutions in the help section. My WiFi is strong, battery is good, and device health is good but still it goes offline after a day or two. My other two ring devices are working perfectly.

Hi @Rewdi. If your Ring Doorbell or Camera is disconnecting from wifi often, there are a few different things that could be the cause. Try checking through the information and troubleshooting steps below in order to narrow this down. - Ensure your Ring Doorbell is within 20 to 25 feet from your wifi router, as farther distances can impact the wifi signal. A [Chime Pro](https://ring.com/products/chime-pro-gen2) can help extend your wifi network if there is a large distance between your Doorbell and router. - Check the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-WiFi-Signal-Strength) for your Ring Doorbell to see if it's indicating a stable wifi connection or if there may be a weak connection in place. - Review the settings on your wifi network to see if there were any recent changes, and to make sure the [ports and protocols used by Ring devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) are open. - Reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 30 seconds, then set it back up using the steps under Set Up a Device. Monitor the Doorbell's connection after. These troubleshooting tips and tricks cover most of the basic causes for your Ring Doorbell or Camera disconnecting from your wifi network. Should this concern persist, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can take a deeper look. Hi. Soo the problem is still there. The Doorbell is about 2.5 feet away from the WIFI router. I tried to reset the doorbell and adding it again but the problem is still there. The WIFI is stable, the connection is good but it is still disconnecting randomly. What do i do next? I have reset the router aswell. And this affects the Doorbell non of my other ring devices.
