It seems the wifi adapter is not getting any power. Tried the reset button tried different outlets and nothing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
Hey @Kristiewas. Are you talking about a Chime Pro not working, or are you unable to get your device into setup mode? Please let me know what part of your Ring device is not working and I’m happy to help further! 
Yes the chime chime pro is not working. It’s not getting any power to it.
