Hi there, my version 3 doorbell has all of a sudden stopped working and connecting to my Wi-Fi. It will connect when even on top of router. I’ve done the reset, and it’s connected, but now not allowing me to get a live view on the app or any notifications! Any ideas! It stopped working on the 6th December 2021!
Hi @Chipster2015. Check the RSSI for your Doorbell on the Device Health page, as the RSSI is a measure of the Doorbell’s connection to your wifi network.
