I’ve had my video doorbell live for a month now and still no snapshots. I’ve got it set to every hour, and nothing. The videos are fine.
Hi there, @Tdellav! It sounds like you are doing everything correctly for the Snapshot to work. As long as the Snapshot Capture feature has been enabled as described in this help center article, you should see these in your Ring app Event History Timeline. Here are sone more tips for using and accessing the Snapshot Capture feature, including viewing them in the Ring app on a compatible Android or IOS mobile device, and more. I hope this helps! 
I have exactly the same problem as the OP.
Snapshots used to work but don’t any more - I get the occasional one, but it’s very random! I’ve tried everything in your guide but to no avail
