Ring Doorbell 3 No Video Recording After Dark

For the past few weeks I have noticed that I have not had any motion video recording during the dark hours. No video after 9pm till around 5am, I have not changed any settings and I have checked all of them, changed to a fully charged battery and rebooted the bell and Chime Pro without success.
I found several posts an Google with the same recent problems, any advice or comments?
