Just bought a ring doorbell 3.not impressed.
Cannot get any connection to wifi.
Have a strong wifi signal in all rooms.
Have tried resetting doorbell.
Have tried on ios and android to get connected.
Have tried switching off mobile data.
Deeply frustrated as have several smart appliances and no issues.
Checked strength of signal and is excllent.
I am at a loss.
