Having trouble and have adjusted many times the security zones and motion sensors but still either not giving notifications either late or non existing and also showing up as notification with nothing recorded. Very annoying!

Hi @Edbd2626. What is the RSSI for the device and how high is it mounted? These are both factors that can contribute to a delay in notifications. Also, be sure that your Ring app is up to date for the best experience with the Ring app.
