Ring doorbell 2nd gen problems with charging

I’ve been charging my generation 2 ring
doorbell for 24hrs and it’s still only half charged. It says I have a solar accessory connected, but I haven’t? I’m confused :confused:.

Hi @Jojo1970. I recommend trying to factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, followed by reconnecting it to your wifi. I would also recommend trying another USB charging cable to see if it makes a difference.
