Received my Ring Doorbell allowed it to charged for several hours and it will not turn on without it being plugged into the USB port. I then allowed it to be charged all night 10 hours and still will not turn on without being plugged into the USB port. I tried to do a reset to the device and no luck.

Since the Doorbell is not holding a charge, you will need to reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting and a possible replacement if they cannot fix it and you are within warranty.
