Ring Doorbell (2020) won't show live view or notify on app

I have a Ring Video Doorbell (2020). Doorbell will not push notifications to Ring app or Alexa when button is pushed at doorbell, but mechanical chime in the house will sound. Also, will not allow us to view live view at same time. Issue is sporadic. Have tried a different wi-fi access point/separate network and that did not help. Our Ring floodlight camera works fine at the same time we’re trying to use the video doorbell. RSSI values are around -50 +/- 5. Hopeful someone may have suggestions.

Hi @jmreut. If you are not able to use Live View, here are a few other steps to try to resolve your concern:

  • Verify wifi speeds, interferences, and distance to the router.
  • Test Live View on cellular data only, and on wifi only, with your mobile device.
  • Remove the Ring app, and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device.
  • Disable any VPNs you have enabled and close any other apps that are running on your mobile device.
  • If you are using Android, please check out our Help Center article about conflicting apps to see if it applies.

I check all the bove suggestion , stil no live view in ring doorball or stickup camera
Not from android , or PC
Its look like a cloud issue of Ring.!!!
