Ring doorbell 2

Just off the phone with the ring technical team after nearly 2hrs, I am having 2 way audio problems or should I say lack of. After nearly 2 hrs of uninstall then reinstall, and numerous other test to determine what the problem was and them trying to blame my WiFi, oh and all this was being done on 2 mobiles and having to get code’s on my emails from my tablet, and let’s not forget going backwards and forwards to the doorbell to press the bell reset then the chime Pro to reset that and re booting the Internet, only for them to finally admit the bell is faulty. I am in a wheelchair I don’t need the stress.
So i come to the conclusion unless you are fully able bodied and fully technical stay clear of these doorbells.
