Ring Doorbell 2 totally dead

I have had the ring doorbell 2 for round 2 yrs now with no issues, however, recently when my last battery died, I charged it to 100% and now the doorbell has nothing, no lights, nothing.

I have 3 batteries all charged to 100% and none of them bring my doorbell back to life. Ive read forums and tried the reset button for 20 secs however even this does not resurrect my ring doorbell 2.
Any Suggestions please
