The temporary Ring network that is supposed to go away after completing my first setup won’t go away. I have tried to soft resets and a hard reset. It is still there. When I tried to additional setups, a new Ring network shows up. When I select the new temporary network, I can complete the setup but the original temporary network is still there.
Hi @DJMIII. Does your Ring Video Doorbell 2 complete the setup and work as intended? Or is it getting stuck during the setup process at all? If possible, please share screenshots showing what you’re seeing in the Ring App and where you’re seeing this temporary setup network as well. This will give me and other members of the Community a better idea of what you’re experiencing on your end.
