Ring doorbell 2 set up

I received my ring doorbell 2 today and I’m in the app and I follow instructions to connect to the ring network but it keeps failing to connect.
Any ideas

I still can’t connect.
I have tried the UK and Irish number but both have number of language options with 1 being English, I pick this and it just hangs up. Any ideas?

There is no orange button on my unit so I am stuck with the setup. Live chat won’t help me and the support number hangs up once I pick 1 for English

Same for me - the support is terrible as no way to get any
