Hi. I am trying to adjust the chime motion audio level of my doorbell so it is a lower level. The problem I am having is when I adjust this to a lower level, it also adjusts the chime doorbell level down, they appear to be ganged together. Any ideas anyone please?
Hi @Wanderingfree. To clarify, are you adjusting the volume on a Chime or Chime Pro, or on the Video Doorbell itself? Feel free to attach a screenshot of the settings menu you’re viewing in the Ring app. I want to make sure I provide accurate information for your question.
