This may have been posted before. Battery has been fully charged up but the Ring Doorbell 2 is not restarting. Have tried set up and restart. When putting the battery in, the light comes on a few times and then appears to abruptly go off. Have also tried a hard reset to no avail. Any ideas?
Hi @Grewalski1969. If your Doorbell seems to be unresponsive to a reset with a fully charged battery, there may be something our support team needs to look into. Holding the setup button down for 20 should prompt a white spinning light. If this isn’t the case, go ahead and contact our support team.
