The last 2 days my ring doorbell 2 isn’t recording motion or alerting me to anything. I can view live view and motion settings are all set as normal. Any ideas?
I am having the same issue. I was on with Customer Service for over 2 hours trying to get it sorted out. They advised me to create 2 motion zones which helped a tiny bit but still missing a lot of motion.
Hi neighbors. If your Doorbell is not recording any motion detection at all, try the following steps:

Disable Motion Detection and enable it again. Also, maximize your Motion Sensitivity to see if that helps.

Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi since the reset will make it fall offline.
