Ring Doorbell 2 not detecting motion

Our doorbell stopped detecting any motion. I have changed batteries, changed settings to the most sensitive so it will pick up anything, and then finally factory reset. It will not detect anything. I can go to live feed and see myself standing there waving, but it does not detect me on it’s own. This mean it is shot and need to buy a new one?

Hi @christophertews. Do you have Modes for Cameras active? What do your Motion Settings look like? Do you have any schedules in place? On the Device screen, toggle off Motion Detection, force close your app, then after a few minutes open the app and toggle it back on.
