Ring Doorbell 2 Losing internet connection every 4-5 days

It seems that every few days, my ring doorbell is losing internet connection. The first time, I was pretty sure the internet to my home had been out. But it’s happened 3 more times now at about 4 day intervals and I know I did NOT lose internet to the house on these subsequent occasions! Disconnecting and reconnecting the modem seems to work, but that is of no help if I’m away from the home. Please advise!!!

Hi @treva, have you taken a look at the Device Health for your doorbell? This is a great place to start as it can normally tell you, via the RSSI, if there are any connection concerns to be aware of. You can learn more about RSSI in our Community post here.
